Processing Time (packing the orders)

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates - We offer the following shipping options within Canada and to the United States:

• Canada (3-5 business days)

• United States (3–6 business days)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and weight of your order.

Free Shipping - We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 CAD within Canada.

International Shipping - At this time, we ship to Canada and the United States. We are not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred upon delivery.

Lost or Damaged Packages - DRIPPED is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@drippedlabs.ca within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
